This returns policy applies to all purchase(s) made at a Feature Lights store or on our online store https://www.featurelights.com.au.

The Feature Lights 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not exclude or replace your statutory rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations Act 2010.

We will provide Money Back if the following are met:

• You have a valid Feature Lights Tax Invoice
• The product(s) are in original undamaged packaging, including all instruction manuals and accessories.
• The product(s) have not been installed, used or altered.
• The refund or exchange is valid within 30 days of invoice date or date of dispatch.
• The product(s) would need to be returned to the original place of purchase.
• Any cost associated with returning the goods would be at the consumers expense.
• Ex display clearance product(s)
• Custom made Product(s) i.e LED Strip Lighting, Specially Powder Coated & Custom Made Chandeliers.

Online Orders
If your purchase was made from our online store, please contact 07 3341 0037 or email sales@featurelights.com.au directly or read the Return Policy for Online orders to arrange the return of your order.

Please note that any refund given would be less original postage/insurance costs. (In the event that your goods were shipped for free the actual postage amount would be deducted from the refund).

In-Store Credit
If you product is older than 30 days and you have changed your mind and would like return it. Feature Lights is still here to help. Provided it meets the above conditions and the product has not been discontinued we may offer you a 12 month in store credit note. The issuing of this credit note will be at Feature Lights discretion.
