Please Note: Once payment has been made in full, your goods will be dispatched within 24-48 hours either via Australia post, TNT or Fastway couriers excluding weekends and QLD public Holidays.
Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery to most capital cities and more time could be required for postage to regional area. Please ensure an address is provided to us where someone is available to sign for the goods. After this time if you have not received your order, please email our web sales team on email@example.com or call 07 3341 0008 (Mon-Fri, 9.00am-5.00pm EST). Delays may occur in the event of poor weather conditions or high traffic period such as public holidays.
Alternatively, if no one is available to sign for the goods at the nominated address, an ATL (Authority To Leave) will be authorized to leave the parcel in a safe location on the premises. Feature Lights will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any stolen packages.
You will be emailed a tracking number by the courier company to view the progress of your shipment and to ensure someone is at the nominated address to sign for the parcel.
If you live in a remote location, under certain circumstances the collection point or depot in the nearest main town.
Online shopping is only available to customers within Australia. We welcome product inquiries from overseas, please contact our web sales team via email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate and advise the possibility of supply.
For bulky or over-sized goods, our shipping charges reflect the true size of the item based on the physical weight and volumetric size of the product. For this reason additional charges may apply to orders involving bulky or over-sized products.
Free shipping is valid for all online orders, at the price listed at Feature Lights website. If a better price is negotiated on the basis of bulk ordering, free shipping may not apply.
If you have purchased an item that is currently not in stock or an item that is back-ordered, you will be notified immediately about the possibility for delay.

We will process your order within 24 hours upon receipt of payment. If there is a problem fulfilling your order (e.g. items need to be ordered in), we will call you within this period to let you know.
If picking up in-store, the following payment methods are available to you:
Pay online using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal and Bank Transfer.
Feature Lightsalso offer a 16-week lay-by service, if you wish to gradually pay for your purchase. A deposit equal to 30% of the total purchase value is required, and we suggest making regular payments to avoid a large payment at the end of the lay-by period.
